Janell Folkerts is the Founder and CEO of Allur Talent Agency, a full-service public speaker representation and booking agency. With over 20 years of growing relationships in the business sector, marketing expertise, and community leadership, she brings a unique and fresh perspective to the industry.

She has worked in or alongside virtually every sector that regularly hires professional speakers, including corporate, nonprofit, political, civic, faith-based, real estate, & healthcare. She understands the budget cycles, the approval processes, and the success metrics of each — allowing her to provide an excellent understanding and representation for both the speaker and the client.

She prides herself in her upbringing on her family farm in Central Nebraska and has incorporated many of the values she learned on the farm into her agency. Honesty, Integrity, and Respect are just a few values that guide the interactions and philosophy of Allur Talent Agency.

Janell is the proud aunt of 2 nieces and 4 nephews and in her free time enjoys fitness, live music, Husker athletics, cooking & baking, and traveling to the beach.
